1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of wiproleadingedge.com and the games on it (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Free-to-play entertainment
The Service is provided for entertainment only. All games are free to play. There is no charge to register, play or receive rewards, and nothing on the Service can be purchased.
3. Virtual coins
The Service uses a virtual play currency called Edge Coins ("EC"). Edge Coins:
- are given to you free of charge (for example when you register, as a daily bonus, or as rewards);
- have no monetary value and are not money, e-money, a cryptocurrency or a financial product;
- cannot be purchased, sold, traded, transferred or gifted;
- cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, goods, services, gift cards or any other real-world prize or value;
- exist only in your browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data, change device or browser, or if the Service changes.
We may adjust balances, rewards, odds and game features at any time.
4. No deposits, withdrawals or cash prizes
The Service does not accept deposits or payments of any kind and does not offer withdrawals, cash-outs or cash prizes. Nothing you win or earn on the Service — including jackpot values, chest rewards, milestones, levels or badges — has any real-world value. Outcomes in our games do not reflect or predict results in any real-money game.
5. Player profiles
Registration requires only a name. Your profile is stored locally in your browser; we do not operate user accounts on a server and cannot recover lost profiles. You're responsible for the name you choose — please don't use names that are offensive, misleading or that impersonate someone else.
6. Age
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over.
7. Appropriate use
When using the Service you agree not to:
- attempt to sell, trade or obtain real-world value for Edge Coins, profiles or rewards;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its games;
- use bots, scripts or automated means to manipulate games or rewards;
- copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute our games, artwork or branding without permission;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including the five Leading Edge games, artwork, logos and text, is owned by Wipro Leading Edge or its licensors. Names and trademarks of other companies shown on the Game Providers page belong to their owners and are used for identification only; their inclusion does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
9. Availability and changes
We provide the Service "as is" and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including games, rewards and features, at any time. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of virtual items, progress or data, or for any indirect loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
